Our clients are Empowered to live within their own home settings with the support of their dedicated Support Worker. Support Workers are matched to compatibility to allow our clients and their family members to be confident they are in safe hands.

We have over 20 years’ Experience in delivery High Quality Services within the West Midlands.

Our Support Workers are subject to Safe Recruitment and Selection Processes before undertaking Training and Induction. Support Workers are required to maintain their Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and participate in Annual Refresher Training. Our Workforce are Enhanced DBS Checked to ensure the safety of the organisation and the clients we support.
